Paneer (Indian cheese) — 200 g (about 12 cubes)
Garlic butter — 1 teaspoon
Chili powder — 1 teaspoon
Black pepper — 1 teaspoon
Black salt (kala namak) — 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice — 1-2 teaspoons
Fresh cilantro (optional) — for garnish

Preheat the air fryer to 190°C for 5 minutes.

Rinse the paneer and cut it into equal-sized cubes.

In a bowl, mix chili powder, black pepper, black salt, and garlic butter. Add paneer cubes and toss well.

Place paneer in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 190°C for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.

Paneer should be golden and crispy on the outside.

Serve with a squeeze of lemon juice and chopped cilantro on top.
