bag (800g / 4-6 pieces) frozen hashbrowns (shredded or patties) — 1
Olive oil spray (as needed)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Shredded cheese (optional, for melting) — 50g (1.8 oz)

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for shredded hashbrowns or 390°F (199°C) for patties, and let it run for 5 minutes.
2Lightly grease the air fryer basket with olive oil spray. Add frozen hashbrowns directly from the bag. For patties, arrange in a single layer without overlapping.
3For shredded hashbrowns: cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway. For patties: cook for 9 minutes, flipping halfway.
4If using cheese, sprinkle shredded cheese over hashbrowns during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
5Serve immediately, hot, with ketchup or as a breakfast side.
