🥘 Ingredients

egg roll wrappers — 6
cabbage, finely shredded — 1 cup (about 100g)
carrots, grated — 1/2 cup (about 60g)
cooked chicken, shredded (optional) — 1/2 cup (about 75g)
soy sauce — 1 tablespoon (15ml)
sesame oil — 1 teaspoon (5ml)
garlic powder — 1/2 teaspoon
cooking spray (as needed)

👨‍🍳 Steps

1In a bowl, mix together the shredded cabbage, grated carrots, cooked meat (if using), soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder.
2Place about 2 tablespoons of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold the sides over, then roll tightly. Seal the edge with a little water.
3Preheat the air fryer to 199°C (390°F) for 3 minutes.
4Arrange the egg rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray them with cooking spray.
5Cook at 199°C (390°F) for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy. Serve with soy sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
