chicken pieces (drumsticks, wings or breast) — 500 g (4-6 pieces / 1.1 lb)
buttermilk — 200 ml (3/4 cup)
all-purpose flour — 100 g (3/4 cup)
salt — to taste
black pepper — to taste
paprika — 1 teaspoon
garlic powder — 1 teaspoon

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Marinate the chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
2In a bowl, mix the flour with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder.
3Coat each chicken piece in the seasoned flour, shaking off excess.
4Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F). Cook the chicken for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
5Serve immediately for the best crispy texture.
