chicken breast strips (aiguillette de poulet) — 500 g (1.1 lb)
olive oil — 2 tablespoons
lemon juice — from 1 lemon
garlic cloves, minced — 2
Herbes de Provence — 1 tablespoon
salt — to taste
black pepper — to taste

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Mix chicken strips with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, Herbes de Provence, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (ideally 2 hours in the fridge).
2Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3 minutes.
3Place the marinated chicken strips in a single layer in the Air Fryer basket, without overlapping.
4Cook at 180°C (350°F) for 12-15 minutes, turning the strips halfway through.
5Check the internal temperature with a kitchen thermometer; it should reach 74°C (165°F) for safe consumption.
6Let the chicken rest for 2 minutes before serving to retain its juiciness.
