🥘 Ingredients

small cauliflower (about 500 g / 1.1 lb) — 1
olive oil — 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
salt — 1/2 teaspoon
black pepper — 1/4 teaspoon
paprika (optional) — 1/2 teaspoon

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Wash the cauliflower and cut it into small, uniform florets.
2In a large bowl, toss the florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika (if using) until evenly coated.
3Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3 minutes.
4Place the cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer – do not overcrowd; cook in batches if needed.
5Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender inside and golden and crispy outside.
6Serve immediately as a side dish or a light main course.
