5Cook for 15–18 minutes at 180°C (350°F), shaking the basket every 5 minutes for even cooking.
6If using honey, drizzle it over the carrots during the last 2–3 minutes of cooking to create a caramelized glaze.
7Check for doneness with a fork: the carrots should be tender inside and slightly caramelized outside.
