🥘 Ingredients

beef steak pieces (T-bone, ribeye or sirloin) — 4 pieces (approx. 1.1 lbs)
olive oil — 1 tablespoon (15 ml)
brown sugar — 1/2 cup (100 g)
salt — 1 tablespoon
garlic powder — 1 tablespoon
chili powder — 1/2 tablespoon
sweet paprika — 1/2 tablespoon

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Remove excess fat and bones from the steak, then cut the meat into cubes of about 1 inch (2.5 cm).
2Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
3In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, salt, garlic powder, chili powder, and sweet paprika to make the dry seasoning mix.
4Drizzle the beef cubes with olive oil and toss to coat evenly. Then sprinkle the seasoning mix over the meat and toss again until each piece is well coated.
5Place the seasoned beef cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, without overcrowding.
6Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through (after 3 minutes).
7Check if the beef bites are browned to your liking. Larger cubes may need an additional 1-2 minutes. Serve plain, with vegetables, in tacos, or over rice.
