Creamy Broccoli Soup with Cheese Sticks in Air Fryer

🥘 Ingredients

broccoli — 400 g (14 oz)
onion — 1
garlic clove — 1
vegetable broth — 500 ml (2 cups)
cooking cream — 100 ml (1/2 cup)
Cheddar cheese — 100 g (3.5 oz)
bread slices — 4
butter — 2 tablespoons
salt — to taste
black pepper — to taste

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Cut broccoli into florets, finely chop onion and garlic.
2In a pot, sauté onion and garlic in butter until softened.
3Add broccoli and vegetable broth, boil for 10-15 minutes until broccoli is tender.
4Blend the soup with an immersion blender until creamy, then stir in cream. Season with salt and pepper.
5For the sticks, cut bread slices into sticks. Butter them and sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese.
6Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F) and bake sticks for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
7Serve the hot soup with the cheese sticks on the side.
