sugar — 1/2 cup (100g)
melted butter — 3 tbsp (45g)
vanilla sugar — 1 packet (8g)
eggs — 2
dark chocolate (or chocolate chips) — 100g (3.5 oz)

1In a bowl, mix the self-rising flour, sugar, and vanilla sugar.
2Add the melted butter and eggs, then mix well until smooth.
3Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and fold into the batter.
4Pour the batter into a small greased pan suitable for the air fryer (e.g., a silicone or metal pan about 6 inches).
