burbot tail (skinless, cut into large cubes) — 400 g (14 oz)
chorizo (mild or spicy, thick slices) — 100 g (3.5 oz)
olive oil — 1 tablespoon
smoked paprika (optional) — 1 teaspoon
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).

Thread burbot cubes and chorizo slices onto skewers, alternating them.

Brush the skewers with olive oil, then season with smoked paprika (if using), salt, and pepper.

Place the skewers in the air fryer basket on parchment paper.

Cook for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway, until the fish is cooked through and the chorizo is crispy.
