1Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Using a brush, evenly coat the meat with olive oil on all sides.
2In a small bowl, mix all the spices from the list, then sprinkle the mixture evenly over the chicken, covering all sides.
3If you have time, cover the meat with plastic wrap and let it rest on the counter for 15 minutes. If you're in a hurry, you can cook it immediately.
4Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 3 minutes. Place the thighs in the basket, skin side up. Do not use parchment paper! Set the timer for 20 minutes.
5Halfway through (after 10 minutes), open the basket and quickly flip the thighs with tongs. Continue cooking.
6After 20 minutes, check if the thighs are fully cooked by cutting into the thickest part of one. If needed, cook for another 5 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
7Once done, let the meat rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow the flavors and juices to settle.
