🥘 Ingredients

sunflower oil — 60 ml (1/4 cup)
plain yogurt — 75 g (1/3 cup)
large egg — 1
milk — 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
granulated sugar — 100 g (1/2 cup)
self-rising flour — 150 g (1 1/4 cups)
baking soda — 1/4 teaspoon
fresh or frozen blueberries — 75 g (1/2 cup)

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Preheat the Air Fryer to 160°C (320°F) for 2 minutes.
2In a large bowl, mix oil, yogurt, egg, and milk until smooth. Add sugar, flour, and baking soda, stirring just until combined.
3Gently fold in blueberries with a spatula.
4Divide batter into silicone muffin cups, filling each three-quarters full. You should get 6-8 muffins.
5Place cups in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
