🥘 Ingredients

medium zucchini — 2 pieces
panko breadcrumbs — 1 cup (100 g)
grated Parmesan cheese — 1/2 cup (50 g)
large eggs — 2 pieces
garlic powder — 1 teaspoon
onion powder — 1 teaspoon
salt — to taste
black pepper — to taste
cooking oil spray (olive or avocado) — for spraying

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Wash and dry the zucchini, then cut them into sticks about 0.5–1 cm thick.
2Set up the breading station: in a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and pepper; in a second bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
3Dip each zucchini stick first in the egg, then in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
4Preheat the Air Fryer to 200°C (390°F) for 5 minutes.
5Spray the Air Fryer basket with cooking oil, then arrange the sticks in a single layer without overlapping.
6Lightly spray the tops with oil and cook at 200°C (390°F) for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
7Serve hot with ranch dressing or spicy marinara sauce.
