🥘 Ingredients
chicken breast (fillet) — 1 (approx. 5.3 oz / 150g)
teriyaki sauce — 2 tbsp (30ml)
soy sauce — 1 tbsp (15ml)
garlic clove, minced — 1
fresh ginger, grated — 1 tsp (5g)
brown sugar — 1 tsp (5g)
sesame seeds (optional, for garnish) — 1 tsp
green onion, sliced (optional, for garnish) — 1 tbsp
👨🍳 Steps

In a small bowl, mix together teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and brown sugar to make the marinade.

Place the chicken breast in a sealed bag or container, pour the marinade over it, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F).

Place the marinated chicken breast in the air fryer basket and cook for 15–18 minutes, turning halfway through.

Before serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onion, if desired.
