cream cheese, at room temperature — 170 g (6 oz)
grated Parmesan — 60 g (½ cup)
teaspoon garlic powder — 1
teaspoon Italian seasoning — 1
pinch of salt

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Clean the mushrooms and carefully remove the stems, keeping only the whole caps.
2In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese with Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until smooth and well combined.
3Taste the mixture and adjust salt and pepper as desired (note that Parmesan is already salty).
4Lightly season the mushroom caps with a pinch of salt and pepper.
5Fill each cap with the cheese mixture, dividing evenly.
6Preheat the air fryer to 199°C (390°F) for 3 minutes.
7Arrange the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer (do not overcrowd).
