1Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and maple syrup in a bowl until smooth.
2Place a rack in the air fryer and set a 20 cm (8 inch) pan sprayed with nonstick spray.
3Pour the brown sugar mixture into the pan, then sprinkle chopped nuts and raisins evenly on top.
4Open the dough can but do not unroll the roll. Cut it in half, then each half again to get 8 equal pieces.
5Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon. Dip each dough piece in the mixture and place on top of the brown sugar mixture in the pan.
6Close the air fryer lid and set to 173°C (345°F) for 5 minutes.
7Open the air fryer, flip each dough piece, and cook again at 173°C (345°F) for another 4 minutes.
8Remove the pan immediately, place buns on a plate, pour remaining sauce from the pan over them, and serve warm.
