steaks (ribeye or filet) — 2 pieces (about 200g each / 7 oz each)
medium potatoes — 4 pieces (about 600g / 1.3 lbs)
prepared horseradish — 2 tablespoons (30g / 1 oz)
butter — 30g (1 oz)
milk — 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
olive oil — 2 tablespoons (30 ml / 1 fl oz)
salt and pepper to taste

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3 minutes.
2Brush the steaks with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
3Place the steaks in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-12 minutes, depending on desired doneness (8 minutes for rare, 10 for medium, 12 for well done). Turn them halfway through.
4Meanwhile, peel and dice the potatoes. Boil them in salted water for 15 minutes until tender.
5Drain the potatoes and mash them with butter and milk. Add the horseradish and season with salt and pepper.
