1Shred the cabbage and carrot – grate or cut into thin strips. Mince the garlic.
2In a bowl, mix the ground pork with vegetables, bean sprouts, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
3Place a spring roll wrapper on a work surface. Put about 2 tablespoons of filling near one corner.
4Fold the corner over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a little water.
5Repeat for the remaining wrappers and filling.
6Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
7Lightly spray the spring rolls with cooking spray.
8Place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed).
9Cook at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes, turn them over, and cook for another 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
10Serve hot with sweet chili sauce or soy sauce.
