salmon fillets (6 oz each) — 2
tablespoon olive oil — 1
teaspoon garlic powder — 1
teaspoon salt — 1/2
teaspoon black pepper — 1/4
teaspoon dried parsley — 1
lemon, thinly sliced — 1

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and brush both sides with olive oil.
2Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, pepper, and dried parsley evenly over both fillets.
3Place 2–3 thin lemon slices on top of each fillet.
4Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F). Arrange the salmon skin-side down in the basket and cook for 12 minutes.
5The salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork. Serve hot with your favorite side.
