1Wash the peppers well and dry them.
2Place whole peppers in the air fryer basket. Cook at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes, turning halfway, until the skin is blackened and blistered.
3Remove hot peppers to a bowl and cover with a clean towel. Let rest for 10 minutes to loosen the skin.
4Peel off the skin, remove seeds and white membranes. Cut the flesh into strips or cubes. Season with coarse salt to taste. Serve warm or at room temperature.
