red potatoes — 500 g (1.1 lb)
olive oil — 2 tablespoons
smoked paprika — 1 teaspoon
onion powder — 1 teaspoon
garlic powder — 1 teaspoon
dried thyme — 1 teaspoon
salt — to taste
pepper — to taste

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Wash the red potatoes thoroughly and cut them into quarters (wedges) of equal size. Place them in a large bowl.
2Add olive oil, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper over the potatoes. Mix well until all pieces are evenly coated.
3Transfer the potatoes to the air fryer basket and cook at 200°C (400°F) for about 20 minutes. Shake the basket occasionally for even browning.
4Optionally, sprinkle some coarse salt on top before serving for extra texture and flavor.
