5Press chop into breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated, then place in air fryer basket, lightly spray with oil.
6Cook at 180°C (350°F) for 4-6 minutes until golden on top.
7Carefully flip chops, spray with a little oil, and cook another 4-6 minutes. Internal temperature should reach 63°C (145°F).
