fresh radishes — 450 g (1 lb)
olive oil — 1 teaspoon
salt — to taste
black pepper — to taste
balsamic vinegar (optional) — for serving

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Wash the radishes thoroughly and dry them. Cut off the ends, then cut them into halves or quarters so each piece is about 1 cm thick.
2In a bowl, toss the radishes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
3Arrange the radishes in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if necessary).
4Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
5The radishes are done when tender and starting to brown on the outside.
6Serve immediately, optionally drizzled with a little balsamic vinegar.
