🥘 Ingredients

pork tenderloin (about 500 g) — 1 piece
sunflower oil — 1 tablespoon
fine breadcrumbs — 2 tablespoons
sweet paprika — ½ teaspoon
garlic powder — ½ teaspoon
dried thyme — ½ teaspoon
salt — to taste
pepper — to taste

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Brush the pork tenderloin all over with a thin layer of sunflower oil using a pastry brush.
2In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, salt, and all spices. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the meat, then press lightly with your hands to form an even crust.
3Preheat the air fryer basket for 3 minutes at 200°C. Place the tenderloin inside (if it doesn't fit straight, you can gently curve it).
4Cook the tenderloin at 200°C for 20 minutes. The internal temperature should reach between 65°C (for slightly pink and juicy) and 72°C (for well done).
5Remove the tenderloin using kitchen tongs (do not pierce the meat with a fork).
6Let the meat rest for 10 minutes before slicing, so the juices redistribute evenly.
