all-purpose flour — 120 g (1 cup)
baking soda — 1/2 teaspoon
brown sugar — 50 g (1/4 cup)
granulated sugar — 100 g (1/2 cup)
unsalted butter, room temperature — 85 g (6 tablespoons)
large egg, room temperature — 1
vanilla extract — 1 teaspoon
chocolate chips — 130 g (3/4 cup)
vanilla ice cream (for serving, optional) — to taste
👨🍳 Steps
1Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F) for 5 minutes.
2In a bowl, mix flour with baking soda. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter with brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
3Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
4Grease an 18 cm (7 inch) springform pan with nonstick spray. Spread the cookie dough evenly in the pan.
5Place in the air fryer at 160°C (320°F) for 18 minutes. Let rest in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove the ring, invert onto a plate, and serve with vanilla ice cream.
