medium shrimp, peeled and deveined (raw) — 1 lb (450 g)
olive oil — 1/2 cup (120 ml)
lemon juice — 2 tbsp (30 ml)
ground black pepper — 1 tsp (5 g)
salt — 1/2 tsp (3 g)

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
2Place shrimp in a Ziploc bag with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Shake gently to coat evenly.
3Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket (you can use perforated parchment paper).
4Cook for about 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Shrimp are done when pink and slightly opaque.
5Remove shrimp from the air fryer and serve immediately.
