2Cut the red bell pepper in half, remove seeds and membranes. Brush with olive oil and place in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8–10 minutes until skin blackens. Let cool, then peel and chop.
3In a blender, combine roasted pepper pieces, walnuts, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, and smoked paprika. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
4Cut the puff pastry sheet into 4 equal rectangles. Place one sausage on each rectangle and roll tightly, sealing the edges. Cut each roll into halves or thirds to make small pieces.
5Beat the egg and brush over the rolls. Arrange them in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
6Cook at 180°C (350°F) for 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve hot with the red pepper and walnut dip.
