1Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Preheating is not mandatory but helps achieve a nice crust.
2In a large bowl, drizzle the lamb chops with avocado oil and season with rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
3Mix well to coat the meat evenly with the seasonings.
4Place the chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer without touching (if needed, cook in two batches).
5Cook for 7-8 minutes, turning halfway through (after 4 minutes).
6For medium-rare texture, internal temperature should reach 54-57°C. Do not overcook beyond medium – the meat becomes dry.
7Remove the chops and let them rest on a plate for 5 minutes before serving.
8Serve with light sides such as air fryer vegetables, Caprese salad, or tzatziki sauce.
