4Season both sides evenly with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
5Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
6Place the chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
7Cook for 4–5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3–6 minutes, depending on thickness and how well done you like them.
8Check internal temperature: 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare, then let rest for 3 minutes.
9Let the chops rest 3–5 minutes before serving.
