halloumi cheese — 450 g (1 lb)
flour — 2 tbsp
dried oregano — 1/2 tsp
garlic powder — 1/4 tsp
black pepper — 1/4 tsp
Greek yogurt (0% fat) — 100 g (1/2 cup)
pomegranate molasses for serving — to taste
👨🍳 Steps
1Cut the halloumi in half lengthwise, then slice into sticks. Pat dry thoroughly with paper towels.
2In a small bowl, mix flour, dried oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper. Coat each halloumi stick in the mixture, shaking off excess.
3Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
4Arrange the halloumi sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10–12 minutes, turning gently halfway through, until golden and crispy.
5Serve immediately with Greek yogurt and a drizzle of pomegranate molasses for dipping.
