chicken breast — 1 (approx. 7 oz / 200g)
tablespoon lemon juice — 1 (0.5 fl oz / 15 ml)
clove garlic, minced — 1
tablespoon melted butter — 1 (0.5 oz / 15 g)
teaspoon olive oil — 1 (0.17 fl oz / 5 ml)
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
fresh parsley (optional), for garnish
👨🍳 Steps
1In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, minced garlic, melted butter, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make a marinade.
2Place the chicken breast in the marinade and turn to coat evenly. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
4Transfer the marinated chicken breast to the air fryer basket. Cook for 15–18 minutes, turning halfway, until internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
5Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
