1Cut the bread into slices about 2 cm thick.

4Dip each bread slice into the egg mixture, turning to coat both sides. Lift and let excess drip off.
5Place the slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overlapping.
6Cook for 5 minutes, then flip the slices and cook for another 4-5 minutes, until the egg is set and the bread is golden and crispy.
7Serve immediately with maple syrup and fresh berries.
