🥘 Ingredients

Feta cheese — 200 g (7 oz)
phyllo dough sheets — 4
olive oil (or melted butter) — 2 tablespoons
to taste: Herbes de Provence or oregano (optional)
to taste: sesame seeds (optional)

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
2Cut the block of Feta cheese into 2 or 4 equal pieces.
3Place a sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and lightly brush with olive oil or melted butter.
4Place a piece of Feta in the center of the sheet, then fold the edges over it to form a tight parcel.
5Repeat for each piece of Feta. For extra crispiness, you can double the phyllo sheets.
6Brush the top of each parcel with a little oil and sprinkle with herbs or sesame seeds (if desired).
7Arrange the parcels in the air fryer basket in a single layer (without overlapping) and cook for 8-10 minutes, until golden and crispy.
8Serve immediately, warm, as an appetizer or starter.
