🥘 Ingredients

vanilla whole milk yogurt — 2 1/4 cups (540 ml)
orange marmalade — 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp (80 ml)
freshly squeezed orange juice — 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp (80 ml)
vanilla bean, split lengthwise and seeds scraped — 1

👨‍🍳 Steps

1In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla yogurt, orange marmalade, orange juice, and vanilla bean seeds until completely smooth and well combined.
2Pour the mixture into an air fryer-safe container (preferably a silicone mold that fits your air fryer basket) and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until fully solid.
3Remove the frozen yogurt block from the container and break it into large chunks, about 3-4 cm each. Place the chunks in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overcrowding.
4Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 2 minutes. Open the air fryer, stir well with a spatula, and check the texture. If there are still large pieces, continue processing for another 1-2 minutes until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy, similar to a soft sorbet.
5Serve immediately, optionally garnished with a sprinkle of fresh orange zest. For a firmer texture, place the processed yogurt back in the freezer for 20-30 minutes before serving.
