lamb legs — 2 (about 1 lb each)
olive oil — 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
garlic cloves (skin on) — 3
fresh rosemary sprig — 1
fresh thyme sprig — 1
chicken broth — 1 1/4 cups (300 ml)
salt and pepper to taste
👨🍳 Steps

Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).

Season lamb legs with salt, pepper, and olive oil.

Place them in an air fryer-safe dish with garlic cloves, thyme, and rosemary.

Pour chicken broth into the bottom of the dish.

Cook for 30 minutes at 180°C, basting with juices halfway through.

Continue cooking for another 10 minutes at 160°C (320°F) for perfectly tender confit meat.

Let the lamb legs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
