1Remove chipolatas from the fridge 10 minutes before cooking to bring to room temperature.
2Place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping. No oil needed – they have enough natural fat.
3Set the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) and cook for 10-12 minutes.
4Halfway through (after 5-6 minutes), shake the basket or turn the sausages for even cooking.
5For extra crispiness, increase temperature to 200°C (400°F) for the last 2 minutes.
6Serve immediately with mustard or ketchup.
