1Finely chop the onion and garlic.
2In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3Form small meatballs, about 2 cm in diameter.
4Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
5Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
6In a saucepan, combine the canned tomatoes and kidney beans. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
7Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce and stir gently. Cook together for another 5 minutes.
8Serve hot, optionally with rice or bread.
