1Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3 minutes.
2In a bowl, mix olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and dried thyme.
3Brush the chicken pieces with the marinade on both sides.
4Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook at 180°C (350°F) for 12 minutes.
5Add the cherries around the chicken and continue cooking for another 8–10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the cherries are slightly caramelized.
6Serve immediately, drizzled with the cooking juices left in the basket.
