chicken breast, cut into pieces — 600 g (1.3 lbs)
plain yogurt — 150 g (about 2/3 cup)
tikka masala curry paste — 2 tablespoons
garlic cloves, crushed — 2
thumb-sized piece fresh ginger, grated — 1
large naan bread pieces — 2
handful fresh coriander, chopped — 1
mango chutney, for serving (to taste)
raita, for serving (optional, to taste)
bhaji, for serving (optional, to taste)

👨‍🍳 Steps

1In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with yogurt, tikka masala curry paste, crushed garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well, cover, and marinate for at least 20 minutes (or overnight in the fridge for deeper flavor).
2Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
3Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers (use metal skewers or wooden ones soaked in water), forming 4 to 8 skewers.
4Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15–20 minutes, turning halfway, until the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned.
5While the chicken cooks, warm the naan bread according to package instructions (e.g., in a dry skillet or oven).
6Serve the chicken skewers on a platter with warm naan, sprinkled with chopped coriander, a drizzle of yogurt, and alongside mango chutney, raita, or bhaji as desired.
