chicken thighs (or turkey breast) — 400 g (14 oz)
red onion — 1
shawarma seasoning — 2 tablespoons
red bell pepper (capia type) — 0.5
olive oil — 1 tablespoon

Cut the chicken thighs into thin strips about 1 cm thick.

Place the chicken strips in a bowl with the shawarma seasoning and olive oil. Mix well to coat evenly.

Slice the red onion into half-rings and the red bell pepper into thin strips. Add them to the bowl with the seasoned chicken and mix again.

Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F).

Transfer the chicken and vegetables to the air fryer basket. Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
