🥘 Ingredients

chicken pieces (drumsticks, thighs or fillets) — 4 (about 1 lb / 450g)
olive oil — 1 tablespoon (15 ml)
salt — to taste
black pepper — to taste
paprika — to taste
garlic powder or dried thyme — to taste

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels. If large, cut to uniform thickness for even cooking.
2In a bowl, toss the chicken with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder or thyme. Let marinate for a few minutes if time allows.
3Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F). Place chicken in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 25 minutes, turning halfway if pieces are thick or bone-in.
4Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Ensure internal temperature reaches at least 74°C (165°F) for safety.
