1Preheat the air fryer to 175°C (350°F).
2Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets, about 1 inch (2.5 cm). Place them in a large bowl.
3Add olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and 1/2 cup of hot sauce. Mix well to coat evenly.
4Arrange the florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
5Cook at 175°C for 35–40 minutes, shaking the basket once or twice during cooking for even browning.
6Remove the cauliflower from the air fryer and return it to the bowl. Pour the remaining 1/2 cup of hot sauce over it and toss gently to coat.
7Serve warm, with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks if desired.
