Brussels sprouts — 680 g (1.5 lbs)
olive oil — 2 tablespoons
balsamic vinegar — 1 tablespoon
brown sugar — 1 tablespoon
salt — 1/2 teaspoon

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Wash Brussels sprouts thoroughly and cut them in half lengthwise.
2In a bowl, toss sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, and salt until evenly coated.
3Place sprouts in the air fryer basket.
4Cook at 190°C (375°F) for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
5Serve immediately. Optionally, sprinkle grated Parmesan on top before serving.
