🥘 Ingredients

unsalted butter, melted — 115 g (1/2 cup)
sugar — 200 g (1 cup)
large eggs — 2
teaspoon vanilla extract — 1
all-purpose flour — 60 g (1/2 cup)
cocoa powder — 40 g (1/3 cup)
teaspoon salt — 1/4
teaspoon baking powder — 1/4

👨‍🍳 Steps

1In a large bowl, mix melted butter with sugar until well combined. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
2In another bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
3Grease a small pan that fits in the air fryer or line it with parchment paper. Pour batter into pan and spread evenly.
4Preheat air fryer to 165°C (330°F). Bake brownies for 18–20 minutes. Test with a toothpick inserted in center: it should come out with a few moist crumbs, not liquid batter.
5Let brownies cool in pan for 5–10 minutes, then cut into squares and serve.
