Air Fryer Bolognese Quiche

A quick and easy quiche with Bolognese sauce, made in the air fryer.

🥘 Ingredients

sheet of puff pastry or savory dough (20 cm) — 1
bolognese sauce — 250 g (9 oz)
large eggs — 2
cooking cream (30% fat) — 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
grated Parmesan — 50 g (1.8 oz)
grated mozzarella — 50 g (1.8 oz)
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
herbes de Provence (optional)

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3 minutes.
2Roll out the dough and line a 20 cm tart pan that fits in the Air Fryer. Prick the bottom with a fork.
3Spread the bolognese sauce evenly over the dough.
4In a bowl, beat the eggs with the cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the sauce.
5Sprinkle the grated mozzarella on top and, if desired, herbes de Provence.
6Bake in the Air Fryer at 180°C (350°F) for 15–18 minutes, until golden and firm.
7Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan and serving.
