1Cut the beef tenderloin into cubes of about 3 cm (1.2 in).
2In a small bowl, mix sunflower oil, honey, oregano, cumin, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
3Add the beef cubes to the marinade, cover the bowl, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. For best results, marinate for 4 hours or overnight.
4Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
5Thread the beef cubes onto skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes beforehand to prevent burning).
6Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overlapping. Cook for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway through.
7Serve immediately, garnished with lime slices.
