🥘 Ingredients

egg roll wrappers (or large spring roll wrappers) — 8-12 pieces
ground beef, pre-cooked and drained — 1 lb (450 g)
Worcestershire sauce — 1 tablespoon (15 ml)
onion powder — 1/4 teaspoon
pickle relish (optional) — 1/2 cup (120 ml)
shredded mozzarella (optional) — 1.5 cups (170 g)
olive oil spray — as needed

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C) for 5 minutes.
2Cook ground beef on the stove until browned, then drain fat. Add onion powder, salt, pepper, relish, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
3Place an egg roll wrapper on a work surface in a diamond shape. Put about 2 tablespoons of filling in the center.
4Fold the bottom corner over the filling, roll once, then fold in the sides and roll completely. Moisten the top edge with water to seal.
5Place rolls in the air fryer basket and lightly spray with olive oil.
6Cook in the air fryer for 6 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
