pork ribs — 500 g (1.1 lb)
olive oil — 1 tablespoon
salt — ½ teaspoon
black pepper — ¼ teaspoon
garlic powder — ½ teaspoon
smoked paprika — ½ teaspoon
BBQ sauce — 120 ml (½ cup)

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Pat the pork ribs dry with paper towels. Brush with olive oil, then sprinkle evenly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
2Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F). Arrange the ribs in a single layer in the basket.
3Cook for 25 minutes at 190°C (375°F), turning the ribs halfway through.
4After 25 minutes, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce on both sides and cook for another 10 minutes until the sauce caramelizes and becomes sticky.
5Serve hot, with extra BBQ sauce if desired.
