🥘 Ingredients
whole Camembert (preferably raw milk) — 1 (8 oz)
tablespoon honey — 1 (0.5 fl oz)
crushed walnuts — 30 g (1 oz)
fresh rosemary sprig — 1
garlic clove (optional), sliced — 1
baguette for serving — 1
👨🍳 Steps
1Remove the Camembert from its packaging and place it in an air fryer-safe dish (ceramic or terracotta). Do not use the original wooden box.
2Lightly score the top of the cheese in a cross pattern to ensure even melting.
3Add the toppings: drizzle with honey, sprinkle crushed walnuts, place the rosemary sprig on top, and insert the garlic slices.
4Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3 minutes.
5Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 7–10 minutes.
6Check after 7 minutes: the Camembert should be soft and creamy inside but still hold its shape.
7Serve immediately with slices of crusty baguette.
